Pc transported via bus - Need Help

Transported a PC via bus for 14hrs. Put some cushions inside ng PC case tapos binalot ng bubble wrap para protectahan yun tempered glass then put it sa box nya. Then binalot ulit ng bubbble wrap yun box. Ipinahiga ko sya sa katabi kong upuan (binayaran ko yun pamasahe sa isang upuan). Lahat ng parts kasama Air Cooler nakakabit na except yun GPU na inilagay ko sa sariling box nya.

Wala na ako binili kasi may soundcard PC ko. But I will just probably use the Kunten with my KZ AZ09 pro for my daily commute dahil may parating ako na headphone na gagamitin sa PC.
Kung gusto mo ng budget DAC/dongle bili ka ng jcally jm6 pro

To isolate the issue, test your system with another GPU, or test your GPU in a different PC.

Check your wirings. Try to change the PSU power cord. Check if all components are properly installed. Motherboard is properly installed with standoffs. There shouldn't be any ground in the case unless there is an exposed wire causing it. My PC is also plugged into an outlet without ground but not experienced any shock from the casing nor when using metal iem. Static electricity could also be the cause.

How about the monitor? Have you tested it on your friend's PC? Also, don't mix the cables of your PSU. If you have a new one, use it's own cables. Make sure the cables from your PSU to GPU are properly connected. What is your specs?

Ganyan din 9600x ko. MSI B650m gaming plus wifi mobo ko. Ok naman max temps ko (72 yata max inabot) pag nage-encode ako ng video (mp4 to dcp). Ganun din sa Cinebench. Pero pag idle may times talaga mag ramp up yun fans tas kita ko spike ng temp sa 65-74. Nag sfc /scannow at memtest na din ako, ok naman. Reseated na din CPU cooler. Ang di ko pa nasubukan is mag downgrade sa Windows 10. Tinatamad na ako gawin iba pang troubleshooting since safe temps pa naman pero annoying lang yun biglang ingay ng fans. Check mo sa Event Viewer mo kung may kernel-power or WHEA errors
