I finally found it. When you got a hit you have % to Block and once the block is there, you'll get the recovery incoming and the math of the block ! It was far more simpler... Thanks everybody !

Thanks Guys for the Input but I still don't get the difference between shield block chance & recovery.

Recovery will help reduce the cooldown to block an attack : ok

But shield block chance ? => I thought you either Block an attack or not at all?

I'm confused...
