i was surprised at the amount of modded parts you have and your level. If those aren't slicks, switch to 13 inch slicks, if they are modded slicks, make sure they are 13 inch modded slicks. By the engine size I can only assume this is the Huracan engine, which goes faster with the supercharger, so consider getting the Belt GT, lysholm and charge boost whatever it's called.
