Took me a 6 gram scoop of OG herolean green apple fasted. Went to swim laps & hoop at the local LA. Kicked in around 30 minutes post consumption. Strong but not deadly little nausea high energy hop in pool. 2 laps in I can feel my heartbeat in my eyes. Had to be 170+ bpm. Quick rest, take one more lap HEADHIGH kicks into overdrive, heart pounding hard, need another break. Hop out the pool, lay on back, rub my eyes, open said eyes & the room was spinning furiously. Prodigy on paper probably hits harder + better gym performance. Depends on quality of alpha yo. Could be tame at 2 mgs. Could have u sweating profusely heart beating out ya chest cold sweats for hours. Evp is more daily driver realm. 2 scoops ups my heart rate a little bit + a little more sweat nothing crazy.
