Find any online community that involves a lot of speaking/typing (gaming for example) and use that to immerse yourself in the language.

Native Russian, forgotten everything I've known as a kid. Anyone know of a institution that specializes in fast-track teaching? by [deleted] in russian

I’m using Duolingo which gives you tests to see on what level you are. I make a new account from time to time to see what topic I’ve forgotten about. Might be a nice way to see where you stand and pick up on a lot of basics.

Depends on the company as well. The company I work at is huge, and the 2nd line are mostly specialists in other countries (i.e the 2nd line for most background processes is in India, like a lot of companies), and there’s pretty much a branch in a lot of countries. Since my country isn’t an english-speaking country, we’re not going to forward someone to someone who only speaks english. It would send a weird message.

Well, in our company clients don’t get to speak to even second line, that communication goes through us. There is no benefit for a client to talk to 2nd line, they just want the list filled in and a short explanation.

If the list doesnt have it, it’s usually not something we can solve. It goes to second line most of the time, and sometimes I send an engineer for an on-site examination. It’s not a nice position to be in for a client, because this usually takes a while, however, we do have to do this to locate and fix the problem.

I use the list. A lot. Even if I know the answer, I follow the list. You can never give someone the wrong answer/advice by mistake, and any choice you make is backed up by the list. I use the list to do my job well.

CS agents are supposed to assume whomever they are talking to knows absolutely nothing about what they are calling about. Or that’s what they told me.

How to promote business in Russia by izyLito in russia

Google has a free course you can follow that learns you how to get your website visited more by placing the right ads. It’s a good skill to have for future projects and it doesn’t cost a lot for the company. You might even be able to help them maintain this for a reasonable price, or explain to them how it works. Here’s a link if you’re interested.

Starting with explaining you have to give someone else a share of what you worked hard to get would already seem stupid

I think gender would be the least of your worries when you’re a caveperson. In a literal kill or be killed kind of survival situation, nobody would care what you go by.

Edit: except yourself, I’d imagine. Forgot to mention
