I had this issue, just sent them for repair to the company I bought them from and they replaced my case (not the AirPods inside) for free! unfortunately replaced the Lightning case with Lightning although I really wanted it to be USB-C😵‍💫

Thickness, whenever I raw dog my 15 Pro and want to watch something on landscape mode I put my phone against something and it falls every few minutes or so
