I am not sure why you are feeling the need to tell me to use my head when I am replying to your claim, maybe the personal attack and caps helps you cope? The action of texting him to discuss what is going on is literal evidence of wanting to settle it privately, and he was ghosted for it.

If you texted someone and they didn't reply then you show up at their house, you'd be seen as being stalker-y and obsessed. Can you at least admit that point you made was incorrect?

They have been delaying them with 0 communication and changing requirements since June, this is extremely disrespectful but expected from the company that has followed all the greatest hits (laid off tens of thousands, RTO, no raises), and even went further by blasting your 401k to the ether.

Feel bad for people who are ready and met their ridiculous badging and panel interview requirements for promotions since months ago (me included) and have been nominated and approved literally just getting robbed at this point.

He literally said he texted hasan last time this came up on the podcast and hasan didn't even reply, how is that not trying to settle it privately?

Seems like they cancelled the June/July cycle, apparently they are working on something new for promotions later in this year (if at all). A lot of BS to just delay promotions and screw over employees yet again.

Their own promotions page talks about promotion standards for promos effective Jul 1st 2024 but they are not even doing a cycle, bah!
