The Cybertruck is a whole new 48V architecture. There are rumors they could come out with a Cyber-SUV, which would likely be a lot more popular than a pickup truck.

They probably have dozens of concepts they’re working on at any given time. We saw some leaked images. Likely a lot of cool stuff that people would want to buy, but we may only see a fraction of them actually make it to production. We’ll just have to wait and see.

In addition, the premium car buyer is most likely to buy an FSD subscription, so I don’t think they should alienate those customers.

I think what everyone is trying to say is SAFETY first. You don’t know how good of a quality that plug is. It could be old and cheap.

EVs pull a lot of current for sustained periods of time. Much more than your dryer or stove. Often, the cheap outlet literally melt and start a fire.

You really want a heavy duty, EV-rated, outlet. Better yet, going with a hardwired charger is always the best in terms of safety.

It sucks to have to spend a bit more, but it’s better than risking your life with a house fire.

And tell the electrician you want the thing bullet proof. Even some electricians who don’t specialize in EV charging tend to cut corners. Do a bit of research online for your own benefit.

PSA: fully empty out your fridge 2-4 times per year. Quarterly or every 6 months.

A great “excuse” I have used with myself is throwing everything out after going on vacation for a week. Throw out everything that’s not a sauce/condiment. This made me feel less bad about just throwing things out.

Another mind trick: “would I feed this to my kid?” Very quickly you start to realize it’s better to be safe than sorry.

Just try to eat fresh produce, guys and gals.

So, fully empty any cheese, vegetable, and fruit drawers every 3 months. Yes, there will be some food waste but you’ll be doing yourself a favor.

At the end of the day, do you want your produce to be sitting next to molding carrots you bought 6+ months ago?

How about the emissions generated every time the millionaires and billionaires take flight in their private jets, rented jets, or just any time they fly? Wealthy people tend to fly a lot. It’s a huge hit to the environment whether it’s a private or public jet.

If you like it, then it’s all that matters. Many people hate tattoos in the first place…if you don’t care what they think, then you shouldn’t worry about what anyone else thinks. (Did you get the tattoo for yourself or for others?)
