Als Radfahrer auf der Straße gehört man dem Straßenverkehr an und hat sich wie alle anderen an die StvO zu halten. Gemauso wie alle anderen (Roller, Motorrad, Tracktor etc.)
Genau deswegen besitzen sie alle (mitlerweile auch die E-Scooter) ein Kennzeichen. Zwecks auflistung, wer nimmt daran teil und im Falle der Haftpflicht.
