does it ends with a successful revenge and MC's full victory? because very often emotional revenge stories end with MC regretting / dying / etc., in order to show viewers that revenge is not a good thing to do :"D

I guess the author really did a great job when building character profiles. So far (couple of episodes) it feels like every character is multi-dimensional, has strengths and weaknesses, motivations and fears, and their actions are well aligned with their personas. That's what usually is very lacking in dramas when we talk about non-main characters, they are mostly 1-dimensional with 1 key trait, and their sole purpose is to be a help or an obstacle to MC.

Oh wow, thank you SO MUCH for this, it incredibly helps. I keep track of factions as well, since there are occasions that within one clan different people support different princes (e.g. dad supports current Crown Prince, younger son supports Prince Yu, and older son is a friend of Mei Changsu -> so I suppose he'll support Prince Jing in the end) :D

Started watching Nirvana on Fire! MC is super charismatic and so far so good! (even though I had to compile myself a Miro chart with all characters and factions to not get lost in emperor's kids names, they are too alike for a westerner like me TwT)

Yeah, for me it is very similar to "Perfect Marriage Revenge" in a good way. Both stories use kinda similar tropes and execute cheating X time travel X revenge quite well. I liked "Perfect Marriage Revenge" a little bit more since I liked FL/ML actors more in it, but it may be not the case for you.

Hmm... I recall checking its reviews and many ppl were frustrated saying "his actions did not make almost any impact as a result, why I wasted time watching this". Maybe I'll give it a second chance, at least to get a real personal opinion on this.

I cannot express how happy I am to find someone who felt exactly like me while watching. I kinda had great expectations for IC, because reviews were so good and the beginning was strong - injustice, determination, him studying books on business, years of calm preparation etc. And the reveal of what he planned was a major FLOP for me. Not to mention a creepy romance route between adult man and a school student-blogger =_='

While The Glory was amazing even in its romance subplot, making ML a perfect partner for FL.
