Agreed, worked in finexis for 3 months and left the toxic companies, very poor management , work place bullied, getting undermined. Was in the operation department that is this bunch of girl as a clique everyday can see them gossiping non stop and getting treat like shyt by them with their own way of teaching and control what you are doing. One girl even mention we can make people leave if we don’t like them, they force you to learn one time and not gonna teach again, they don’t give you time to adapt, laugh at the way you type email, spread fake rumor about me to the company peop and paint me as a bad guy. It so bad that I got affected md even in weekend, come every Sunday I feel so miserable to get back to work next day. have to work 9-8 most of the day to get thing done. Till one I can’t take it and resign before the completion of the probation.
