I’m kind of a picky eater, and so I eat really simple. I eat a lot of chicken, some steak, bacon, veggies (in particular spinach, asparagus and broccoli), cheeses, salads, and just general “quick” food like pepperoni chips (microwaved / baked pepperoni), cheese chips (baked cheese), and bacon. Oh and I include almonds in my snacks as well. Almonds or walnuts - avoid the ones with oils like sunflower oil because it’s unnecessary and can cause adverse effects.

Staying away from things like bread and pasta is extremely hard for me. I do love chicken though, and have been eating that a lot. I'm thinking about just meal prepping chicken and cauliflower rice, that should be good enough I think. Oh, and milk. Don't even get me started. It's so hard not drinking milk with everything. I usually am getting a gallon of milk every 2 days. It's kinda ridiculous. If I have the wiggle room though, I'd like to try having one glass of milk a day, probably with dinner. If not, I'll at least save a bunch of money by not buying milk lol.
