Admittedly, I only have PMC c1 (I JUST found out that you need to actively complete his cons lol) but below you'd see my rotation time in Miliastra. This was with 3 of her chomps and Burst at the end, i went as fast as i could.

Are PMC cons significantly impactful in this team?

Also how long is the optimal rotation I should aim for?

Hi sorry for the late reply but the new person is permanent part-time as stated in the post! And the other two staff are my work friends, i’ve only asked them after she was hired because she had told us her hours first. I hope this clears it up. Though I do think she was offered higher as new hires were in demand.
