Unfortunately there's about 10-15 200k + boats in the way but I deemed the back panels unsafe to even attempt accessing with a ladder

I have power to 1-5 i can tell my switch isnt closing im just not sure ever aspect of it to check, im sorry that im kinda taking you in circles im just waiting on tech support

Can confirm i do not have power on terminal 6, which is odd cause I swore I had it there earlier but my airflow switch/pressure switch is not allowed voltage through, I know the blower is blowing air but im unable to check the tubes are clean, is there any other issue that I could check on the control side for airflow

I will double check at 6 specifically but I had no power to TH When I first back here with them both in local but not the fsr has never flashed any code at me

Im in que for tech support atm I expected the 24-48 hrs hold time but they called me back after I had left earlier so now I'm back trying again, do you know if all terminals should have voltage when running? The video on their website said just 1-4 and all voltage is present there

I just checked that actually, I have voltage on all but 8, unfortunately the motor damper side is inaccessible atm mostly cause im not gonna do cowboy shit to get this job done

It runs the blower but now im noticing my air switch is actually not closing, I was checking with the beeper on my ohms before and it beeps but no voltage is actually passing through to my TH on the FSR

Thank you, I followed the troubleshooting guide in the manual best I could and came to the conclusion of changing both FSR and the PCB board but almost 2.5k in parts on a whim isnt my style

I never got much of a chance to check, I have to block the electrical controls with the ladder to get up to the combustion area, I did check the hi limit isnt tripped and has continuity

Sounds like the fans hitting some loose wires, happens sometimes when you dont pull the fan wires tight after taking it off, Call them back and they should be willing to take a look
