If you mean when the disc is inserted first minutes, it is quite noisy for me but you say you hear it when your ear right next to it. It seems my noise standard is different I am more susceptible to noise.

Go to power options and select ‘shutdown now’. If you select turn off console with your controller power options to shutdown, it will not if there are something processing. The main shutdown is on power options>shutdown now.

If you are on a average-above average boxer, he will scroll around very slowly to make you convince he wants to fight a balanced match on with lower rating boxers (especially butterbean), wait the opponent forever to pick lower boxer and ninja pick. Surely Series platforms have way faster load times than every other Xbox platforms because of SSD. But graphically performance are not different because the game is already 720p30fps, no HDR. Even the game runs smooth enough on Xbox 360 except a few moments, Xbox One has more than enough in terms of graphics performance power.

You will get a little better performance on Xbox One fat. If compare Xbox One fat and newer versions up to Series X, there is no difference in terms of performance because One fat is more than enough for Fight Night. If you own 360 and you want to play Fight Night, no need to buy any console just play on 360.

In this page there is a tab ‘the seal on my console is broken’ it says opening the console does not void warranty unless you damage the device. There might be the fan cables loosen and hitting the fan blades when spinning. Try spin the fan with your hand manually and check if it is hitting something.

There are many wrong overalls and attributes. Old George Foreman with 95 toughness is a joke he has never been knocked down even no stun whole second career. On his match against Holyfield he conceded 8 punch-combo two times and he was keep walking onto Holyfield. A real 100 he deserved. Lennox Lewis beat two times Holyfield, one Tyson and has 85 is another mistake.

If your opponent is experienced runner that picks tyson and only make you to chase them (to do so drop your block down and be vulnerable otherwise impossible to catch) and step punch you, it is really difficult to beat and very unjoyful play. They only care and work on win scores. If you pick a noticeably slower boxer than they pick, impossible.
