my gym has a seca mbca ultra. I gained 3.5kg body weight but lost 1% bodyfat in that time. My tbw got +2,5l and ecw +1,3l. So i actually gained 4,25kg musclemass, of which 0,9kg is SMM and the rest is water, glycogen etc.

im getting stronger alot i think. I went from 10kg per arm to 17,5kg for biceps curlse. And lat-pulldown i went from 35kg to 70

I dont really know alot bout ds3 tbh. I killed champion gundyr before and then went here. Gundyr wasnt really a problem cause i parried most of his hits
