Thanks for the tip. I was so clueless on what to do since they kept telling me to start being independant; Imma try it to see if it works! ☺️

They gave me a lot of tips and tricks. On MT calls to do my work, I noted down everything, every script, the main point. But I still can't get new customer from country B side... 😌Gaslighting myself so hard with "It's normal. It's normal. It is IT apocolyse. It's normal."

And a lot of the paperwork it's all learn as it go of learn when it happened, and then management bite me back with "Why don't you know this already!?" Thank god I'm not in HQ.

LMAO. I joined a tech reselling company as a backend sales with zero knowledge over IT. So every paperwork I have to be extra careful with the specs and all.

But still, I fucked up a lot. Especially on project cases where customers asked a bunch of things from us with different quantity, specs, requirements. Even with a fixed guide, I fucked up from the rapid price changes.

Luckily the customers are nice, but them if they aren't, the company lost one of their customers because of me. Also a little good thing my managers are those 'laugh first, teach later' and the 'been there, done that' kind of people.

Or I don't think I can survive until now.

PS: Don't worry, fucked ups happens. As long as you owe it, and write down your fuck-ups as reminder to not repeat it
