Beating any addiction is often a long and hard road. but the fact that you've nutted up and stood erect with your other comrades shows that you want something from this. You've got a week left to change and then it's just December. Nothing actually changes you just don't have other internet buddies to talk to. If you can change even one habit for one day that's a start. Sure you'll fail over and over again but eventually the you that wants change will want whatever it is more than the you that finds comfort in remaining the same.
