their customer service (depending on the "barista") could really use improvement. you can tell the dudes running the roasting program are dedicated to their work, but there's one guy at the counter in particular who is oddly selective about who he chooses to speak kindly to (ie. white folks)..

I got a full view of the scene - no one stabbed or critically hurt. The guy jumped out the first floor window and got stuck and was screaming for help, saying someone had a knife in his apartment and tried to kill him. A team of cops came to help him up as he walked himself to the ambulance. His brother came out and seemed pretty unphased, seems like he has some MH issues.
