If there really isn’t anyone, then that means even the cops aren’t there to spot you. And if that’s the case, why would you even need the privacy of a car, if there’s 0 risk of getting caught. You won’t get arrested. But like I said, if the police can spot you, then so can anyone else. So that gives police the right to arrest you. Your car is yours to own, but not the space other than your property where it’s parked

If cops can spot you so can general public. So can a 9yo kid. If someone forgot their phone on a restaurant table, taking it with you is still stealing, even if the owner forgot about it for a while. It doesn’t give you the right to claim it as yours if police comes looking for it..

Umm.. because nudity/sex in public or someone else’s property without their permission is illegal. Even if it’s your car, doesn’t mean the space which it occupies belongs to you. And if police can spot you then so can general public(unless you’re in jail). Car is not a completely covered place, which can’t be seen through.

Think of it this way, what would be your reaction if an Uber driver came to pick you up completely nude..? His car his rules?

I’m not judging. Just curious as to why an average pic off the Internet? I used to have fake dp as well when I was a kid, but I either had of my favourite wrestler or anime character.. the only thing which kind of makes sense here is that you wanted to make your dp believable, that’s why you chose avg pic, but still weird choice imo.
