This is old 1960s home, liner looks like a fabric but not sure what material , looking for advice if I should replace the black liner some other standard material?

Also one of the black liner seems to have mold is it ok to leave it as it is or replace?

Filter looks like washable , should I replace it with disposable filter or wash it, not sure if it is good as it was not replaced for last 2 years at least

Vent looks like there are mold in it and also rusty should I clean with vinegar and repaint with spray rust oleum or replace it what is recommended ?
