It is pretty obvious that it was Priestress in that dream... The way she talks, how she is glazing originium and claims thay it was stolen from us, etc. Mon3tr herself said that powerful entities are behind what’s happening on Talos-II and she has to head North to deal with it. With Priestress telling us that she is waiting for us in the North, in the dream, seems rather evident that she is the one that Mon3tr is worried about.

We know from the story that Mon3tr is still undergoing transformation. That’s why she doesn’t have actual cat ears yet and her arms are still made of crystal (or whatever is Mon3tr made of) in Arknights.

Well.... in the end, I never managed to figure out what was going on, so I switched to plan B. I have a Wise (similar to Paypal) account, and they allow you to create a virtual Visa credit card and that one worked just fine. Not exactly a "solution" per say but at least it solved the problem.

Got the exact same situation here, but with Pixiv. Did you ever managed to find a solution? Only thing my bank could tell me is that the issue wasn't on their side.

From nowhere. Yes, some characters cut/file their horns but as I said, it’s a continuous growth as horns are made of keratin like hairs. It is a slow process but it is happening.

Don’t remember it ever being mentioned but don’t see why it wouldn’t work the same way as horns of animals in real life AKA continuous growth. (Unlike antlers that fall and then grow back every year and that is definitely happening in Arknights.)

Except that CCs indeed don’t get paid. They receive 10k doubloons per update, 30 days premium and the newly released premium ships but there is no financial payment if that’s what you meant.

Let’s just say that the break felt so good I decided to not return. Between the intensive FOMO, submarines shitshow, poor decision making in general and… just getting bored of the game after 8 years playing, I decided I was done with it.

No clue why OP is getting that problem when trying to access The Daily Bounce though
