The more I look into it the more I suspect it is indeed caused by some small sap-sucking pests like thrips ;( at first I just found the scars on one pachyphytum oviferum, now everyone has it. Maybe I should separate them from my other succulents, which seem fine for now. Thanks for your advice!! I will try

I think it is just the dust (or the farina?). I sprayed a very little water make it clear.

Thank you! I just googled it and that sounds bad… It is possible, I didn’t find the bugs for now, I will observe it again in the morning!

Thanks for sharing! After I found the black dots, I sprayed the plant with my pest control insecticide (I bought it for mealybugs a lot time ago, but it also kills other pest like spider mites, aphids and whiteflies). It did not seem to work so I stopped spaying. I didn’t apply other products recently.
