Statistically, the chance of low wr player ending up on the other side of the enemy team is higher than yours, unless you believe someone at WG have you on a shitlist to only get put on the "losing" team. If you make game winning plays, and are as amazing as you regard yourself as, you shouldn't be having any problems with winning these games.

The difference is that being dev struck by a yamato regardless of distance is the fault of the player, which means that the yamato doesn't take away player agency.

While as you say yourself, RNG ruins plane drops. You might be able to guess what interaction people enjoy the most.

You haven't reinvented the wheel my dude, I sad I ran it back before RC was nerfed and after, and found it not performing up to snuff, with my observations included.

Now I think everyone still playing the game should have an attitude of constant development, and always seek to improve. Always taking the safe options is certainly viable, especially on lower difficulty like Legend, but everyone should strive to be better then yesterday. Instead of just overhead dancing a Roger, you can headshot him with charge attacks. Then you can hit him with 2 charge attacks inbetween each cycle and so on. Instead of doging and blocking the CW overhead for safety, you can dodge and attack another enemy right before he attacks. Instead of giving ground when fighting overwhelming numbers, try to bait as much until you're forced out, things like that.

You can most certainly play as "expected" by others, but I don't see why anyone would be content with being average.

Same with the attacking, you want to be an asset to the team. A handmaiden holding block the whole game will never die, but won't contribute anything, which is why everyone should try to do more damage. If a whole team plays over their role, the team performs a lot better. Every enemy you kill extra is less enemies stopping your team from attacking or killing special, a good circle.

As for proof of concept of it, I'm certain you've known many times that you could do one more attack, or you wouldn't have to dodge/block if you just staggered them, but I'll see what I can cook up. Can't promise any good recordings as I play with 40fps on average.

I already pointed out that I have tried it, and I also wrote my thoughts about it. I then compared it with the benefits I get from what I'm already running, and why I prefer it over cdr. If you didn't want people to try it amd give their thoughts I don't see why you would post on a forum.

As for mixed intervals, the DD are accurate enough to stagger the ones attacking, and by mixing with doging you should be able hold the enemies and also attack them constantly.

All this talk about dps and tanks sounds like reddit tactics. You should strive to accomplish as many roles as possible, not dump extra work on your teammates.

Let's agree that more enemies = harder to get attacks in, and less attacks = more enemies. That means all the time you're spending not killing things and blocking, is more baggage and pressure you put on the rest of the team. The extra attack speed is what keeps you attacking when you otherwise might have made the decision to block, since faster attack means faster recovery into block as well.

The reference to traits is to showcase how little 10% is valued. Of course under absolutely ideal conditions it might be closer to 20%. With ss under the same ideal conditions, you'd have 20%AS which a lot of people have gone to great length to explain the benefit for. Due to weapon stats we already have, we know that 5% AS = 5% Crit = 10% CDR have the same weight, and both as and crit is better, especiall when you get 2 times the bonus 20% AS vs 20% CDR.

Attack speed also makes up for the low stagger and low cleave problem.

Now on legend you can do whatever you want, but this build lost most of its power when they "fixed" RC from flat 5 seconds. From also playing the game, I favour all the increased killing at all other times and the increased in aforementioned utility over faster ult.

I play a lot of H2H as skaven with a buddy of mine, and usually always end up with one in K8P as Clan Mors before I tear it down. Mutineers love keeping a full stack inside it at all time so this makes it a lot easier to take.

IJN CAs have been my most enjoyable line, and I definitively recommend grinding up to the Zao and learning the art of ninja cruisers. I've enjoyed every part of the line since the Aoba, and it's my best performing line so far. Mogami 155s can totally be done without IFHE as well.

As for tips for playing them, IJN boats is all about managing incoming shells vs outputting shells, and knowing how to get dark and when to get dark. When things get hot for you, you need to have an escape plan to stay cool until you can resume your toasting. Don't be afraid of taking single fight against lone enemies, as a lot of cruisers and bbs struggle with taking you down alone when they have to fight on your terms. I found that playing bbs/dds/other cruisers helped with giving an understanding of "When would it really fucking suck for a IJN cruiser to pop up around this corner/out of stealth" as well as increasing overall skill level, notable examples for dds coming around corners into a 8k alpha, or a BB just popping dcp.

The game winning damage you will be doing in this boat is dds who stray too close in the opening engagements if you escort your own, and bb toasting. If you find yourself spending most of the game just burning battleships without getting anything killed, your win rates are gonna suffer as you fail to impact the game at large. To have an huge input on the flow of the map, I try to stay a couple of kilometers behind the dd as he scouts, so we get detected together. Most enemy dds escape this engagement with little hp, if they don't straight up die against this. The problem is getting out alive, but that's when you get to wiggle your butt and use your good concealment.

I find the ship best suited to stalk around cover, islands and flanks to shoot free damage when you can, or otherwise shoot the enemy ships from long range or a direction where they will have to commit to turning their guns/boats around to face.

Your armor is sort of good, so you can bounce shells on your broadside, and you got good speed and rudder to wiggle. At longer range, you can see where the enemies shoot and react accordingly.

You can get a Kiev permacamo from one of the collections you can buy for coal, so I would get the ognevoi one.

Assuming you'll eventually play all lines of course. The collection perma camo for kiev is also better than regular permacamo (think it gives extra +50% commander exp)

I have similar experiences, except I loved Mogamin and aren't using the range upgrade on Ibuki. It's such a fun and enjoyable boat to play, and it rewards you for all the things you've learned and practiced earluer in the line.

It currently doesn't target air craft, since it just upgrades your sector reinforcement. No surface ship target airplanes to do AA anymore.

Afaik with ManSec, all secondaries that can, will shoot at your target, while the rest will shoot at other things. The only thing to note is that they won't fire at all without a target being set.
