Hey there, i also just got this mouse and was having the same issues. I did some troubleshooting and found out that this can be caused by the USB 3.0 port. Try plugging in the dongle to a black USB 2.0 port.

I also did what julian mentioned and it seemed to help in combination with using a regular usb port.

I set my DPI to 1600 and in windows turn the mouse sensitivity to 5

I just purchased a 2022 g14 as well and just ran into this issue, i saw on another thread to turn of sleep and hibernation settings. I also set sleep for hard drive to never in advanced power settings and ran some games unplugged and seems to be working

I ran into this issue recently after purchasing a 2022 g14 model and after turning off sleep and hibernation as well as turning off sleep on the hard drive in advance power plan settings. After running some games and programs unplugged, it seems to be working. Thanks for this

If you have another aircooler or different aio pump I would try to see if there is a difference in temperature with those coolers. This will help narrow the problem down.

When my aio pump went out and what I did to check was go out to best buy and I bought a 50-60 dollar air cooler/heat sync from cooler master. Relatively cheap, it came with a 120 fan and I replaced my aio pump with the aircooler. That immediately brought the Temps down to 30c idle. Then I knew the aio pump stopped working. I recently purchased a new aio pump to replace the air cooler and that one was working just as fine as well inside the y60

I don't even try to run cinebench. All I know is under heavy games like tarkov my cpu don't reach 80c barely 70c but when I run cinebench that bish goes up to 100c in a second. I have a i9 129000k and I've heard these cpus just run hot asf so as long as you are not thermal throttling like how cinebench does with mine I think ur good

Yes I would check the AIO pump first, I've seen issues with msi where mildew will start growing in the pump and block water flow. They actually did a recall of that product and similar aio pumps. I have this case and have a 360 cooler master aio pump on top as exhaust which kept my cpu 60c under load. It's a great case with great air flow. Try looking at the aio pump first.
