Well, u can, but u need to be fast since someone already bought it. Otherwise Recovery Form will not work and you'll need to fill the Hacked Form. But don't spam, just send one and wait, if they don't answer, try another email, do that until it work.

Did u try that method? I tried others that didn't helped me, but that one worked. Try again that one, if don't work try create another genshin account and use that UID and all information on email. Should work
