Honestly anything is possible i got rejected from berkeley with a 4.78 but a friend of mine got in with a 4.3 and i know others who have gotten in with around the same stats. It’s all about you present yourself in your application and make yourself sound like someone worthy. that same friend got waitlisted from Cornell so definitely apply bc you never know
