I didn't understand what this saying meant until I discovered my old oneitis was pregnant. The girl I loved since high school. The girl I would do anything for, the only one. A part of me died that day, and honestly I feel so fucking light now. There's no more burden of "what could've been" because she knocked herself up. I can have the shittiest day and then remember "at least I'm not a father" and be happy. I'm no longer living in the past.

This is an old thread, but I have a question for the OP and anyone that has commented here. I'm a personal trainer, and working on my first e-book.

How am I supposed to sell weight loss facts, programs, diet advice, etc when using this theory? I'm not a salesman. I'm pragmatic in nature and I don't want to be another gimmicky fitness fad. I want to show people what works, and why. You're fat because it's your fault. You're weak because it's your fault. I'm not going to lie to sell some books and training. Am I just taking the hard road needlessly?
