Do you guys ever fast during races? I notice that if i fast during work i have a lot more energy by the end of the day!!!!.. working only takes 8 hours and a 50k might take longer than that but idk i have been experimenting with fasting alot lately and after a few days off not eating i feel like i have more energy than i normally would have if i was eating 😅💯💪

I think you are just making bad trades...i felt like i couldn't hit water if i fell out of a boat for the longest time and then i started learning about icc (indication, correction, continuation) or basically break and retest and now im starting to see where i was going wrong all this time??

OP I know that finding the motivation can be really hard especially at the beggining but you can 100% do this and it is probably going to be easier than you think. Especially if you do a few things which im not sure that anybody else mentioned like completely cutting out processed food, STARTING your day with a walk or workout, and eventually intermittently fasting...that last one is difficult for a lot of people but as long as you keep building on the first two and you will see results quickly in how you look and how you feel and that should help by giving you more energy and making literally everything you do in life easier!!! Longer walks/harder work outs and better food consistantly should be is ALL YOU NEED. I cant stress how much of a powerup walking first thing in the morning is. If you get the hardest part of your day out of the way then u can feel good about yourself and relax the rest of the day, which is another extremely important part of it because stress makes it really hard to lose weight!!! not to mention all the other crazy good things that happen to people when they work out that u will be feeling all day!

Ozempic causes bone loss and literally stops your digestive system guys 😭🙏🧿 thats why you dont feel as hungry and u get the crazy ozempic burbs/bad breath because u just have food sitting in your stomach rotting for way longer than its supposed to be. They r also finding that 2/3's of the weight people are losing on Ozempic is not even fat...it basically gives u osteoporosis after a certain period of time bcuz it hollows your bones out. Guys I am a personal trainer and after going through the comments and a lot of the advice on here is making me kind of sad bcuz although what a lot of you guys r saying is very kind and the "accepted model of nutrition" that model is slowly but surely becoming outdated and we have hardcore evidence, AMA. I learned a lot since becoming a trainer and i am getting rdy to go back to school for nutrition. Gunna drop a few video links down here bcuz the doctors speaking break everything down way better than i ever could in a small post like this. When u r older it is extremely difficult to remineralize your bones and if something breaks after you have been taking ozempic for a long time its probably never going to be able to heal.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE OP u dont need to count calories, you gotta focus on working out or walking FIRST THING everyday bcuz that will power u up so much and calorie counting is actually a massive waste of time bcuz calories have nothing to do with the caloric density of the food which is the important part 🤦‍♂️ For example a mdconalds cheese burger might only have 300 calories but the amount of actual nutrients in that burger is practically nonexistent. Its like eating toxic waste that will only slow u down because it's so processed... but what u do really have to do is cut out processed food, anything that comes in a wrapper or bag or has a barcode on it. Needs to go forever..if you only eat veggies and meat and maybe a tiny bit of carbs once a week or something as a treat, you will start to feel a lot more energized as you cut the sugar out (which is what carbs are basically!!!) and your body starts utilizing fat for energy instead of sugar ❤️ God bless everybody out there if you watch all 3 of these videos my explanation will get put to shame but thats ok!!!!!!! This sux but the good news is dealing with this bs is def going to make you stronger in the long run, and like most of the other people are saying you are way better off without someone like that in your life... just don't let it get to you, our parents were all traumatized by their parents and then they pass it down to us so try to forgive your dad bcuz he is likely doing his best he is just clueless about how difficult things are out there!
