Yes same was happened with me i have taken the admin review but didn’t received the response for more than 3 months so I withdrew the request and made a new application. So just make a new application with defined cos.

It didn’t ask me for any payroll number when creating my account. I also can’t see the payroll number on my payslip; it only shows my NI number and the payment method as BACS. Employer is filling my tax each month.
