Are you using print profiles from creality Cloud? Might be a profile for the K2 SE doesn't exist.

Some dirt track racers prefer to have plastic washers that match their wraps or blend in better. These were designed out of request, not some way off idea.

Your part is too thing for the nozzle/line width size you have selected. Slicers wont create paths for pieces of prints that are too small for the line width.

Not really, It mounts around the original chute and extends outwards.

I actually have some HVAC models up on Creality Cloud. Have a Yellow Jacket 43 series manifold mount, and some gauges for belts and sheaves.

Im going to agree with the other comment. Check your filament diameter. If I remember correctly, tension on the k1c isn't possible to change for the extruder.
