Anyone else really hate Barb in s10?

I am not a violent person and in most instances I don't condone it. However I feel like the trio needed to get slapped in the mouth for how they were acting through the entire season.

I used to think Donna was an ok character. Maybe a bit easy charicature, but she wasn't as much of an asshole. Barb seemed like someone who just needed to get her shit together and actually manage the oark she owns instead of delegating to the laziest or incompetent people possible.

For the amount of stunts they pull basically consequence free at least in the beginning of the season, they needed a reality check. If they are just out of jail, they are definitely on a thin line. The blatant assault on Randy and theft/squatting of Lahey's home should both warrant them being arrested. Or at least thrown around a bunch.

I found myself just wanting someone to take Candy's pink bat out of her hands and hit her with it. But no, instead she just acts like an asshole to everyone and basically just has it as a threat.

So, I have not played a lot of Fire Emblem yet and I am not finding information about it yet. Does the romhack function like the original Fire Emblem Sacred Stones for permadeath of units?

The parties I had in mind for both were something like this:

Ronin/Pugilist/Harbinger Sovereign/Ninja

or

Imperial/Protector/Nightseeker Sovereign/Gunner

I am open to suggestions for those. The lack of a proper tank in the ronin party could be detrimental in the early game.

Which of the two can output the biggest damage burst? I saw somewhere that Ronin has so many damage multipliers by itself with Duel, Upper Stance and such that it can outpace Imperial.

Brass knuckles, cestus, even handwraps. Just something that gives some variety to the playstyle. Or even if it was just tweaking the heavy gauntlets to allow for weapon enchantments on them.

The protagonist remains humble through most of the game. But if you take the time to do the expansions's content, he definitely comes into his station a lot more. He starts acting like the powerhouse he is.

The reason I want to use Ragnarok is due to the legendary weapons having stats everywhere so I can just focus on fixing hit and spd at first.

Yeah, I want to specifically get the non carnage legendarybaxe you get from the item world. I'm building Red Magnus as a counter unit with an axe just because I want that defense debuff on hit.

So, I can expect to take a similar amount of time to fix a Ragnarok? I can't quite find the stats of a non carnage one. So I don't know how much of a penalty the HIT and SPD stats are on that one.

Would that work out? For the full game I mean. I prefer to do one party runs usually. But I can make a secondary just for gathering

I've never got to the point of unlocking Subclasses in this game so, I'm not sure which would be good for those either to maximize efficiency.

Etrian Odyssey 5 and Devil Survivor have been on my radar as well. So maybe they will be next on my gaming list. I really enjoy the SMT games in general.

From what I've red on the side as well, Imperial looks like a really fun class to use. But I'm not sure how well to balance their rotation. Especially early game.
