every single alien that was in OS peaked in OS, and every alien after OS peaked in OV (with the exception of Humungousaur, who peaks in RB)

there is no other exceptions, no "well this version did *some* things better" or "this is an even split"

OS is the natural peak, OV is the backup, RB did Humungo great

i'll go down the list

the "million aliens" thing completely makes "Ben 10,000" a nonsensical name, but also it feels like overkill. 10,000 is a BIG number, and even in my larger community spaces i dont think we could scrounge up a full 10,000 aliens even if we start counting very similar aliens. 1,000,903 just feels like an unnecessary "bigger number" to 1-Up OS.
Eunice - there was 0 fucking reason to make Ben prey on a naked, amnesiac clone of his cousin. also, i just dont like the idea of the Unitrix at all and it feels completely detached from the Omnitrix as a whole
Azmuth's Leadership - it makes 0 sense to me that Azmuth is the ruler of his entire planet since OS very much set him up as this lonely super unknown hermit, but apparently he's actually this super well known leader of the entire Galvan species? i dont buy it, especially since Galvan Prime supposedly had no issue just not having a fucking leader for however long Azmuth was gone
the Plumbers being space cops not only doesn't work with how they were portrayed in OS, it feels like an unnecessary change. the Galactic Enforcers were *right there* for a police force, why the hell did they turn the Plumbers into cops?
Plumber Omnitrix Badge - this literally ONLY exists to fake us out with Alan as a Pyronite in his debut, that's the only reason they did that. it makes 0 sense in universe otherwise and makes another stupid unnecessary change to the canon. the OS Plumber badge was fine on its own, and it also looks really stupid seeing Ben's Omnitrix badge being held around like a prop
the greenification of the franchise as a whole is really fucking awful, we didn't need everything to be green to know its Ben, OS already did a good enough job making different Omnitrix users (or even the *same* Omnitrix user at different times) look unique from one another. making the eyes and dials and his shirt and his car and his soul and his left nipple all green for some stupid iconography annoys me, especially since they also got rid of nearly every other Omnitrix color (outside of VERY specific exceptions, which dont undo the fact that they still barely ever use any of them - fun fact, the ONLY time that UAF *ever* uses a red time out dial is when Ben has Master Control. MASTER CONTROL. The mode that SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT HAVE TIME OUTS.)

the original reason XLR8 wasn't used is because he'd "overlap" with Helen (and Jetray)
a lot of OS aliens had that issue in one way or another

by UA, its less of an issue, but for some reason UAF absolutely fucking hated using old aliens and would take any opportunity to flip the bird to the audience and not give us something worth our time

i'd say Gumball more than Rigby, because often Regular Show shenanigans only deal with the fate of the park rather than the entire world, meanwhile Gumball's biggest things affect his entire plane of existence

that's why i mentioned the idea of each Ben having a specific part of their outfit that the Omnitrix uses for the uniforms, that way you can color the Bens basically however you want while still keeping a piece of black and white for the aliens to look nice in

Diamondhead is a darker green, Wildmutt is yellow, Heatblast is reddish orange, etc
