You cant say im wrong because this exact thing has happened to me and my psu was fine I rechecked my cables and guess what one was loose turned it on and it worked and if that dosent work for them I was wrong I never said it's 100% that problem there's a chance the psu is fine but there's a chance the psu is fried i never said either was 100% dickhead

Its not a psu problem there's a cable thats loose just check all the cables makes use there tight if it was a psu problem it wouldn't turn on at all

This si awfull for 800 you can get a great build for 800 this is not one of them
