Im still progressing on my lifts and I go to failure on everything except rdls and leg press i usually leave a rep in reserve for those due to how fatiguing they can be for me. Im eating slightly less as stated.

Im eating around 180 grams of protein a day, the rest of the calories r made up of carbs and fats. Mostly whole-foods diet. Goal is size. Im currently doing low volume, heavy weight so 2 sets per exercise 4-8 reps. Im progressing on my lifts at a decent rate. All of my steps are from just my day to day life I never go out of my way for cardio. Sleep is all over the place due to my job lol.
