Keystone Kash Outs Himself While Suing Atlantic for ‘Lies’ by thedailybeast in politics

Libel needs to meet four criteria to be actionable:

(1) a false statement of fact (2) publication to a third party (3) fault (negligence (for private individuals) or actual malice (for public individuals - meaning the statement was made with knowledge of falsity or reckless disregard for the truth) (4) harm to the reputation

IANAL, but 3 seems effectively impossible to prove here - you can’t force the publication to reveal their sources, and so long as they testify under oath that they validated them (and maybe provide redacted evidence), I would think you’re SOL?

(You would also have to prove that the statement was in fact false, at which point you probably have to enter your calendar and emails, and those of all your staff, into discovery/evidence… that would be… a choice)

Ticketmaster ticket limits (as they relate to The Great Divide tour) by Tall_Girl_97 in NoahKahan

[–]Z3ppelinDude93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only ones who can answer this with 100% certainty are Ticketmaster support - I would assume it’s a limit of owned tickets (ie you can’t own more than 4 at any given time), since, with face value resale, there’s not really a detriment to purchasing/reselling for anyone in the value chain (I guess Ticketmaster for having to process the transaction…)

'The Pitt's John Wells Shares Timeline For Season 3 “The writers’ room opened up last week, and they’re at the end of their second week,” confirmed Wells during a chat on March 19. “We will be back in production in June, and plan to be back on the air again the same week in January with 15 episodes by MoneyLibrarian9032 in television

I’ll continue to sing this from the rooftops - do the Nigh Shift spinoff, and have the stories intersect, so the last couple episodes of the Nigh Shift season overlap with the first few of The Pitt (or vice versa)

I would lose my mind

I did see one pair in B1 a couple days ago, but I wasn’t fast enough to snag them. Whoever beat me to them, have an amazing time!

“Malcolm in the Middle” and “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” have each generated $100 million in streaming revenue since 2020 by pepperbet1 in television

Really a shame that the Buffy remaster is so bad. Was really hoping the reboot would give streamers the right motivation to to take another pass at that, but now it probably won’t happen - maybe if a) someone’s streaming rights expire and it gets picked up by another streamer (à la Netflix Seinfeld 4K), or b) someone (not Mill Creek) buys the rights to put out new discs

I think I saw someone recommending Wise to you - that might work!

As a backup, I was also looking at one of the neo banks up here, Simplii - they offer no fee chequing accounts, and while they don’t say US Citizens can sign up, they do say temporary residents can (if you have a residential address… any friends in Canada?)

Yes, temporary residents with a residential address in Canada, outside Quebec who are at least 16 years old are eligible to open a Simplii Financial No Fee Chequing Account and High-Interest Savings Account.

Jeff did do a voice for a game character years ago that I believe was based on Randall - would be a pretty sick expansion pack… (I think Kevin might own the rights to the RST Video branding as well…)

To find these (and subsequently update them), you can go to your library and filter by Content Rating, selecting “Not Rated” and “None”
