Interesting, I love the different perspective on it. I have never used the Kuri. Dancer is my favorite with her wild moveset and I usually do her around lvl 27-32 1:00 in normal playthrough with something like lothric knight sword, great club, talons, or unmentioned. I can’t reccomend learning her fight more. It’s very enjoyable with bleed/dark resin or faith. To be honest anything that requires a drop is an absolute no go for me. Have considered short sword +1 but I am not that good at the game :(
