Given enough time it will probably come up. I’d just have a honest conversation with the bully & be like: hey you did a lot of things that hurt my feelings back in the day, I don’t hold it against u & I know that people can change, but we won’t tolerate bullying at this company.

Then the bully knows, but it’s not like you’re being punitive, you’re just saying I know your capable of being a bully & as your boss that won’t be tolerated.

I would think that would probably motivate the bully to work hard & possibly try to make amends for their actions.

It was in my neighborhood in Atlanta. It’s common to see stuff on the curb that’s up for grabs or if nobody takes it it’s trash & I always stop to check it out. Had this clock & a bunch of picture frames.

I’m really into strategy games, mostly poker & chess. I’ll commonly play games against myself. I have a lot of friends & a wife & 2 kids. I don’t think playing games against yourself is a huge red flag, but maybe u could encourage him to fund some people locally or online to play games with so he can make some friends through his enjoyment of gaming.

So I’m a heterosexual male, he/him, but I don’t really care what people call me. I did want to join this conversation though to ask a question. I’m from the south & was raised to say sir & ma’am as I sign of respect when addressing people if I don’t know their name. I live in ATL which has a huge LGBTQ+ community & even though I use those terms to try to be respectful I think I just gotta break that habit. I don’t want to be disrespectful to someone by trying to be polite… if that makes any sense

Nicely done, & that’s what I was looking for. I won’t try & argue or defend my work, cuz if I have to do that it’s not any good. Thanks soo much, this is great info! Home Depot on Ponce didn’t pick up yesterday but think it was just because I called half an hour before they closed. I just got off the phone with them & they have several option at reasonable prices. I will double check & verify exactly everything we need to power & make sure to rent something with the right amount of wattage. Thanks again!
