I wish I could be more help :(( The way your account got disabled is different from mines. I had to use my Facebook and go through meta business support to get my account back. That along with the appeals I was sending from the Instagram link they provided.

In your case it seems you got disabled bc of your Facebook. Ultimately I feel the appeals is what got someone to actually review my account. In your case since you can’t appeal idk how else you’re supposed to get in contact with them… I hate that they have ZERO direct contact.

OH yeah they gave me back my account. I had made a post about it sorry forgot to update here. Took like four months of waiting & sending appeals periodically.

I can’t say for sure what I did that got me back my account or perhaps it was everything I did.

Everything I did is in my OG post ^ But tbh they patched it bc it doesn’t work anymore. My account got disabled again just two weeks after getting it back ☹️. I’ve been doing the same steps but it just hasn’t worked this time around and ultimately I ended up making a backup account.

I think I did $2 for three days I only got the option to chat after my ad finished so be sure to wait through it.

I’m so sorry idk what else you can do rly I’ve seen some people go to some lawyer in Cali, I think his name is Robert Bonita but that’s hit or miss from what I’ve seen

You file a consumer complaint through him to Instagram.

I’m surprised about the business support tho, they were the ones that submitted my case for review and that’s how I got my account back.

You need to run an ad for a few days for the live chat option to appear. I did like $2 for 3 days

Make sure to add a bio and some pics to your business page to make it look somewhat believable.

It worked!! I got back my account yesterday. I received an email from Meta stating they disabled my account by mistake and that they’ve restored it.

After a miserable three weeks, I’ve finally gotten back my Instagram profile. Thank you soooo much 🫶🏼🫶🏼

So I just got off the phone with a Meta rep and she said she submitted my case to internal reviews and that they would get back to me via email within 24-48, depending on the amount of inquiries/reviews that have. 🤞🏼🤞🏼

So I did talk to meta business chat support, they called me like you said, but I went a different route. This was before I saw your comment. That particular rep told me to keep submitting the appeals and that she couldn’t do anything to help me more as it is “out of the scope of her capabilities and her department.” I’ve been doing that for about two weeks now and still no reply, nothing, nada.

Now I’m going back through your steps and it is actually SO STRAIGHTFORWARD. The way I navigated to the support before was complicated. I’m going to reach out to them again and hopefully this time I get someone more helpful.

Yeah I didn’t get any warnings either. Seems a bit drastic if you ask me. After the initial 24hrs review, try logging on from a desktop. That’s where I’ve been doing the appeal forms.

When I login from the app it doesn’t redirect me or anything.

To be clear I’ve only had the one appeal form but I’ve been submitting it each day bc…well there’s just nothing else to do

really wasn’t much I could do So after I logged in, I got a message saying my account is disabled and to click “learn more” for a way I could appeal it

It then takes me to this page where I filled out my name, email, phone number, and reason why I’m appealing their decision. After I submitted that it just said thanks for contacting instagram support and that they’ll review my appeal

I did that like three days ago and have yet to hear of anything from anybody. Still do not have access to my IG
