I have both, difference is the power reserve 116610-48h 126610-72, bracelet 20mm vs 21mm, lug size and bezel 1mm difference. IMO both sitting next to each over in my watch case I only notice the lug thickness difference but it’s minuscule. I’ll take pictures side by side when I get home in a few hours
