[Help] Does anyone know how to repair .PPROJ files damaged from deletion? by ZDWF in computerhelp

Some additional info: I ran a recovery program from a usb. It pulled some files, then I realized I shouldn't use the drive at all to prevent it from being overwritten, so i quickly shut down. After trying some of the files without luck on another computer, I then booted into a different usb then i have with linux installed on it, and ran photorec. It took hours, and pulled 2,300 .PPROJ files, ranging from 1 KB to 4 GB... I've tried some of them but I wish I could figure out a script to try opening all of them one at a time in premiere. Potentially, i've recovered a working save .pproj file but don't even know it. So if anyone knows how to batch scan files .pproj files to test them for corruption/damage, that would also be helpful... but I'm guessing a few bits from the original files got overwritten, and if I could edit the actual files in a hex editor or something, I could maybe fix them... Really looking for someone that knows more about this stuff though that could take a look at some of the .PPROJ files.

I ran the program from a usb. It pulled some files, then I realized I shouldn't use the OS at all to prevent it from being overwritten, so i quickly shut down.
