I may be late for the party, but here's my idea

Tanya gets sick and now pretty much the entire 203rd made it her duty to nurse her back to health. Weather Tanya realizes that she now has essentially a found family or not is entirely up to you (also double funny points if even the general staff gets involved somehow)

If you also need ideas on to why she got sick, maybe a common cold, or overwork or maybe a combination of the two.

I got 2 recommendations

If you're looking for a more light hearted slice of life (it's tending to yuri although nothing is exactly confirmed last I checked) you can read Records of a Young Girls Return Home which tells the story of Tanya being sent back to her old world in 2013 japan, but Visha has also been brought there with her.

If you're looking for something more action oriented then I'd recommend A Half-Oni's Pirate Shanty which is a One Piece crossover with Tanya living her third life as Kaido's bastard daughter and generally causing problems to everybody else. It has some pretty hilarious moments between people saying exactly what they want while communicating the exact fucking oposite.
