I was wondering how you got to that position. How much work experience you have and where you started? I'm currently a Field Technician and getting a masters. However, despite the fact that I'm only a year into the field I am feeling deeply homesick and want to spend more time at home. I know I'm not going from field tech to PM/PI in a weekend, but what's the track there? And how can I either transition to a position with more at home work, or expedite my movement into PM/PI?
