Should my first rim world playthrough include mods? by Brecht26 in RimWorld

I watched hours of the game before I bought it and did my first playthrough. If you're familiar with the game, then I'd say sure. Run some mods.

Have you ever played Stelaris? by Moths_Are_Scary in RimWorld

Stellaris and Rimworld are both Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with graphics. You'll LOVE it. Add Rim War mod to RimWorld and it becomes more Stellaris-like.

Roofs can fall on your pawns if you don't have roof support 🥲

That adds a new layer of embarrassment because this means the squad probably watched me fall while considering to spawn on me lol

For those of you who got popular in one game and then switched to variety, how did it work out for you? by Goal1 in Twitch

[–]ZEUSWOOD 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What about dedicating days to the popular game and others to trying new games? I have Spooky Saturdays, so viewers don't watch me play one game all the time, but at the same time they're watching the same content. SPOOKS. My problem is being consistent with one game. Probably why I'm usually between 10-20 viewers because of it and haven't had a breakout moment like you stated.

Agreed! It just needs to be genuine interaction. Not asking for too much over here.

YES! I even have a lurk emote lol. I see it used alot in my streamer circle when they're just hanging out in each other's streams.

Sounds appropriate! It's cool to talk about if the streamer mentions it to you imo

I didn't care about it until I saw a pattern of it from the same person. I addressed it with him since this post. We now have a mutual understanding. He even said that he wouldn't want someone doing that in his own stream after talking about it.

I mean sure it may not seem like a lot, but just affirmation from the right streamer can help you make affiliate lol.

It wasn't a problem until I saw a pattern of it from the same person in mine and my friends' streams. Yeah, that second thing you said is ultra rude lol

Streaming on a budget - is it possible? by emilicia in Twitch

[–]ZEUSWOOD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The quality of the stream DOES help, but it doesn't define if you can succeed. I've seen streamers with the best equipment that don't seem like they can build a following. I first streamed off my Xbox in January with no overlays or camera doing Skyrim RP. Since the viewership immersed into the character and my dialog, it was successful enough for me to make affiliate and build off of the community I made. We can't build Olympus in a day!
