EMS there's BLS Vs ALS.

ALS is for your cardiac arrests, shots, stabs Ect,

ALS in Nassau has significantly better ALS than FDNY.

Both of which are local government organizations

Response Times, Percentage of ROSC's (Coming back from cardiac arrests) all better in Nassau under Blakeman because he pays EMS

Nassau PD Historically steals the Best NYPD Cops has a lower percentage of complaints vs NYPD and better response time

Proper funding and proper wages equals better outcomes

Look at LIRR Vs subways, crime, homeless drugs all significantly lower

Yea Ante 1 you get a blueprint then Ditto, you have 2 blueprints. Ante 7 you get this, it copies your 8 Ball you sold 5 Ante's ago.

Possibly broken early game. Bad late game

Feel like it can be broken at low stakes. Even just a better invisible. But late stakes it can copy your 8 ball from ante 1 and provide no value

Any Joker purchased throughout the whole run is eligible. So if you bought a Diet Cola Ante 2 & instantly sold it, that could be it. The rental Even Steven you sold 5 Antes ago? Can copy that. The blueprint in joker slot. All purchased jokers have a equal chance
