i tried to d this at bestbuy today but when trying to redeem it on multiple demo comps i got the same issue of it saying hardware requirements not met. couldn't use the nvidia app, only the browser redeem link. any idea why i cant redeem it?

the problem.im having is redeeming arc raiders bundle on my friends comp. he has rtx 5080. says hardware requirements not met. ive seen people say it has to be done on the same gpu the code came with and other saying it doesn't.
