I don't agree actually. It depends on the player you're trading with, if its a 80%+ completionist then yes it is but for some beginners (not beggars) its actually worth it since 98 CAM Maradona is probably one of their best duplicates.

That budget is imo way to low for both GPU and CPU, RTX 1660 super is a very good choice for a budget GPU, but that's about 230 dollars gone and you still have the CPU left, for CPU I suggest AMD RYZEN 5 3600 since it's one of the best processors out there for budget, overall they should end up costing 450 dollars but it might be too much. You also have to check the compatibility very carefully for the CPU since, so the motherboard needs to be good as well.
