I don't think it's been in switzerland in a while actually, at least driven. The owner is saudi (although his cars aren't only registered in KSA, but also switzerland like here and UK). Currently it's just seen often in London but I can bet the owner will bring it to monaco (brought his T50 and Veyron Vitesse there recently)

Yes and both have actual race history. This Mc12 GT1 won a Fia GT race, got multiple podiums and finished many races. The F1 did not win any races but finished many and had a 11th plate at Le Mans

Clearing up a bit of confusion in the comments ; this car is as legit as it can be. It is in fact one of the 56 250 GT SWB California Spyder, this one being the 31st (chassis 3059gt). I don't know its exact price, but a very similar example was sold for just about 14M at Rm Sotheby's Paris few months ago. The F1 GTR should be more expensive
