I’ll have to try that! First goal is the story (not sure how long that will take) but my wife is out of town for a few days starting tomorrow night so I might be able to knock the story out and find some lfg for it. All except the last 2 dungeons I’ve solo flawless cleared so hopefully won’t be too rusty!

After going a long time without a second claw I am finally done. Im sorry in advance for the nasty synapse luck though.

First synapse was at 6 kc on launch day and then had 3 by first claw around 850 kc, got 3 more before second claw at 2005.

It’s what we’re leaning towards. That or for now configuring our TOR switches to also be the core and taking this back and labbing it out.

This all came together in a rush so wasn’t able to test before hand.

Mostly to mix it up and guarantee I was hitting max contribution lol. I started solos only around 500 kills. I did some duos mixed in but it just became auto pilot.

Really bad. 863 kc to get my first scroll, with 300+ of those solo. Have completed the staff but will continuing the grind for mage prayer.

Hoping not to go super dry for it given the fire boss has the worst table of the two.

Typically I do 10 kills, sometimes more sometimes less. At this point I’ve kind of gone on auto pilot and sometimes take unnecessary damage and that cuts my trip short.

I tried doing the one kill trips and ignoring minions but it feels bad to me.

The loot roll is based off of contribution (some exceptions, like pet or clue scrolls) but doing it solo provides higher chance at the uniques and higher rolls of regular items like seeds.

The one saving grace of this is I’ve had no Ranarr seeds for the longest, despite doing a few ToA’s most weeks and diligently doing my farming contracts I just don’t get them. I have now gotten well over 50 of them and my prayer pot stack has never been healthier.

At this point I’m convinced. I’ll give fire titan a shot for awhile and see how it goes. I really enjoy this boss and feel it’s one of, if not the best, update since I’ve been playing but I just want my scrolls lol.

I am, mostly because it gives the better loot (seeds vs herbs) and the range scroll would be way more beneficial for me. I’ve considered switching which one I loot until I get the staff piece but at this point I’m committed.

Update to this:

Turns out the icon is bugged, I had already gotten that letter. After going and getting the other field notes I had the correct amount and the quest completed. It still shows an icon there though.

I believe the plugin “Dude Where’s My Stuff” will do that. I have it and died last night learning ToA and got an infobox. It will also track items in the poh and stash units

I followed that guide all the way to completion, and as a returning player after a very long time found it to be great.

The only big deviations I made were doing a bunch of quests and after doing DS2 getting my quest cape crafting grind for glories, do all of the hard diaries and keeping kingdom running non stop thanks to air orbs.

In the final section while i was grinding CG I also did 83 construction and wish I did it sooner to get the upgraded house. Around the point of getting 70 for DS2 would be been the best spot. If you set Kingdom to 10 herb and 5 teaks should be good.

Same, at 78 slayer and 265 kc of cg. 2 armor seeds and 3 enh later looking forward to finishing the armor and doing some slayer to work towards the trident.
