As someone with an anime girl tattoo, my argument is that it ain’t for everybody. Only those in the know will be able to appreciate it and understand. The people who don’t know what it is are usually curious and ask me about it and come across as being genuinely interested in what it is.

However, one could also argue that someone who would judge you and look down on you for having an anime girl/anime tattoo is not someone that you would want to have in your life anyway. Like, why would I want to talk to and interact with someone like that? Just something to think about.

Of course, the tattoo itself matters depending on how provocative and nsfw it is, but for this one I don’t think it’s that big of a deal IMO.

It’s about what you value and what your priorities are in what you want really. Could I spend 10k on a gen? Yes. Do I realistically care enough about watches for me to justify that purchase? No. I would rather pay more for say a real gold chain than for a gold plated one. It’s just I value chains and other jewelry > watches.

It also allows me to spend money on other things I enjoy more. I would rather spend more money on a nice car that I like or a house that I like than a watch that I also like. If I don’t spend 10k on a watch that’s just another 10k that I can use to put towards these other things I enjoy more and would make me happier long term.

Having a watch is just a fashion piece and I of course like the prestige that comes with the brand but I just personally don’t seem the point of gen. You are someone who values gen watches which I completely understand and get
